Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Small, separated
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 4 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder together
2.Now beat egg yolks and add milk and shortening
3.Also add flour and using a rotary beater beat the flour until smooth
4.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
5.Finally bake in hot waffle iron

SERVING
6.Serve with eggs or top with strawberry, chocolate, honey etc
