Ingredients
  Swift'ning make your own mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , separated
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend Mix and sugar.
Gradually add beaten egg yolk mixed with milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture onto a heated waffle iron and bake.
