|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg yolk||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg white||1 , beaten|
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine egg yolk and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Blend in salad oil.
Fold in egg white, leaving a few fluffs don't overmix.
Bake in a preheated waffle baker according to manufacturer's directions.
