  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Pillsbury Best)
  Active dry yeast 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3

{Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) In large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
In saucepan, heat milk and butter until very warm {120° to 130°F).
Add to flour mixture along with eggs.
Beat with mixer or beater until smooth.
Cover and store in refrigerator up to 4 days, adding 2 additional tablespoons sugar after second day of storage.
Bake in preheated waffle iron, set at medium heat, 5 to 8 minutes until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown.

iv noticed if i dont burp container with the waffle batter it goes bad more quickly
