Ingredients
  Dried yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Cake)
  Lukewarm milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole grain flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Use Wheat/Corn/Rye/Buckwheat/Oatmeal/In Any Combination)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Soften cake or dried yeast in milk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend.
Cover bowl.
Set in warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
Bake in hot, oiled waffle iron.
