Quick Yeast Pancakes Or Waffles
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unrefined oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Raw honey||2 Tablespoon|
|Active dry yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour/Mixture of flours||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
Mix and warm the liquids to lukewarm in a saucepan.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and beat 1 minute.
Let the batter sit 5 minutes.
Bake slowly on a medium-hot griddle.
