Quick Yeast Pancakes Or Waffles

  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Unrefined oil 2 Tablespoon
  Raw honey 2 Tablespoon
  Active dry yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour/Mixture of flours 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon

Mix and warm the liquids to lukewarm in a saucepan.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and beat 1 minute.
Let the batter sit 5 minutes.
Bake slowly on a medium-hot griddle.
The quantity of yeast in this recipe seems large, but it works quickly and gives a good yeasty flavor to the pancakes.
