Seafood-Sauced Waffles

Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow coloring 2 Drop
  Canned shrimp/Lobster, drained and cut in pieces 10 Ounce
  Hot waffles square 12
Directions

In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in butter till tender.
Stir in soup, milk, and food coloring.
Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp or lobster; heat through.
Serve over hot waffles.
