Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Eggs 4
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix in a blender until smooth all ingredients. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
Stir the batter before pouring each waffle.
