James River Waffles
|Eggs||3 , separated|
|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||6 Tablespoon, melted|
Beat egg yolks; add 1 cup buttermilk.
Sift dry ingredients; add to egg yolk mixture.
Add remaining buttermilk and butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter.
Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
