Easy Breakfast Waffles

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, mix together the wheat flour and all purpose flour
2) Add in the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and the nutmeg and mix well
3) In another bowl, crack the eggs, add the milk, sour milk and canola oil
4) Mix the dry ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well the batter is lump free
5) Preheat the waffle iron
6) Ladle into the iron about a ½ cup to ¾ cup of the batter

SERVING
7) Serve the waffles warm with some fresh fruits or pureed fruit on top
