|Cake flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a bowl, sift cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
2. Beat in egg yolks in the bowl of dry ingredients.
3. Further, add milk and oil to dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
4. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the batter.
5. Bake this batter in hot waffle iron until desired crispness is obtained.
6. This recipe makes 3 waffles.
7. Serve at once.
