Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Sea kelp 1 Teaspoon
  Sifted corn flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Soy milk/Nut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low fat soy flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Sunflower seed meal 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add egg whites and beat until stiff. Keep aside.
2) In another bowl add other ingredients and beat well.
3) Fold in egg whites and bake in waffle iron until crisp.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
