Pineapple Waffles

Ingredients
  All-purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yolks 3
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Pineapple 8 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (1 Can)
  Egg whites 3 , stiffly beaten
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat waffle baker.

MAKING
2. In a bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl beat egg yolks with milk.
4. Slowly stir the wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
5. Add melted butter and pineapple and fold in beaten egg whites.
6. Pour into waffle baker and bake until done.

SERVING
7. Serve waffles with a topping of cold whip cream.
