Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated (Low Sodium Low Fat)
  Low sodium low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to lukewarm, 110° to 115°
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Active dry yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope, Check Date On Package)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix together milk and lemon juice.
2.Mix in yeast and let stand in a warm place for a few minutes.
3. Combine together eggs and oil .
4.Add to yeast mixture.
5. Stir in flour, a little at a time, and blend well.
6. Cover bowl with a tea towel and allow to rise in a warm place for 60 minutes..
7.Bake in a preheated oiled or Teflon waffle iron.

SERVING
8. Serve warm for breakfast with butter or syrup.
