Healthy Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
  Whole grain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients; in a small bowl, beat together the eggs with oil and milk adnd mix into the dry ingredients without beating, till just mixed
2. Heat a waffle iiron and pour the batter on

SERVING
3. Goes well with applesauce or fresh fruit topping, or even creamed fish and pimento
