Ingredients
  Whole grain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients; in a small bowl, beat together the eggs with orange juice, buttermilk and oil
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and stir till combine; bakein a hot waffle iron

SERVING
3. Serve as appropriate
