Vegan Oatmeal Waffles

Recipe for oat waffles, from the show Let's Cook Together on 3ABN.
Ingredients
  Rolled oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), pitted
  Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soymilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Put the oats in the blender along with the soymilk, raisins or dates, almonds, salt and little bit of water. Depending on the consistency you should add the water gradually, so that it does not turn too liquid.

2. Blend this until the almonds or the other nuts get blended into the mixture thoroughly.

3. Take a preheated waffle maker and spray it lightly with oil spray. Pour the oat mixture into the waffle maker and spread evenly. Close the lid of the waffle maker and set the required timing to prepare the waffles. Depending upon the waffle maker equipment, the time can vary from 8 to 10 minutes.
