Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potato flakes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, potato flakes, sugar and salt.
2. Beat in eggs with milk and oil. Mix with dry ingredients.
3. Place the mixture on waffle iron and follow manufacturer's instructions to bake waffles to golden brown.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
