Homemade Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed
  Syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Beat egg whites and set aside.
Beat egg yolks; add milk and butter.
Sift dry ingredients; add egg mixture; mix until smooth.
Fold in egg whites and berries.
Bake in hot waffle iron.
Serve with syrup or hot Blueberry Sauce.
Makes 6 waffles.
