Granola Waffles

Ingredients
  Granola 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted and cooled
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, combine granola, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, orange peel, and baking powder; set aside.
Break eggs into a large bowl; beat eggs lightly with a rotary or electric mixer.
Beat in milk, butter, and honey until blended.
Add the flour mixture and beat until batter is smooth.
Bake waffles in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
