Potato Waffles

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potato flakes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large bowl, mix flour, potato flakes, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, and oil.
Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Bake batter on waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until waffles are golden brown.
