Chocolate Waffles

Ingredients
  Plain chocolate 50 Gram, broken into pieces
  Water 50 Milliliter
  Unsalted butter 75 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 90 Gram
  Plain flour 175 Gram
  Baking powder 10 Milliliter
  Milk 120 Milliliter
  Chopped walnuts 75 Gram, chopped
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chocolate ice cream/Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Serve)
Directions

Stir the chocolate pieces and water together in a saucepan over a low heat, until the chocolate melts and the mixture forms a paste.
Off the heat, beat in the butter, then the eggs and finally the sugar.
Sift the flour and baking powder together on to a sheet of greaseproof paper and add alternately with the milk.
Stir in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into a hot oiled waffle iron.
Bring the cover down and cook for 2-3 minutes either side.
Serve the waffles hot with chocolate ice cream or whipped cream.
