Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk/Sour milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , well-beaten
  Melted butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine sour milk and eggs and add to dry ingredients.
Beat with a hand beater, or electric beater at high speed, until smooth.
Stir in melted butter.
Bake in a waffle iron using manufacturer's directions for baking.
Serve with maple syrup or as for Plain Waffles.
