Basic Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Sift flour, measure and resift 3 times with baking powder, soda and salt.
Proceed as for Basic Waffles.
