Easy Waffles

Ingredients
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 2 , separated
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl.
Combine the beaten egg yolks and milk and stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in the oil.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in hot waffle iron until brown.
