Peanut Butter Waffles

Ingredients
  Pancake mix 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packaged Pancake Mix)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chunk style peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a rotary beater or electric mixer until almost smooth.
Mixture will be lumpy.
Bake in a hot waffle iron until brown.
Serve with butter and jelly, if desired.
