Crisp Waffles

Ingredients
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Pancake mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Mix the shortening, pancake mix, egg and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Bake 1/2 cup batter at a time in a hot waffle iron for 10 minutes.
