Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sharp process american cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Beaten egg 1
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lobster sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift together first 4 ingredients; stir in cheese.
Combine egg, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, mixing only till dry ingredients are moistened.
Bake in preheated waffle baker.
