Ingredients
  General purpose mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 (separated)
  Water/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine General Purpose Mix and sugar.
Beat egg white until stiff, but not dry.
Beat egg yolk and mix with liquid.
Add to dry ingredients.
Fold in beaten egg white and bake in hot waffle iron.
