Chocolate Waffle Drops

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Powdered sugar 1
Directions

Cream granulated sugar and butter till fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; stir into creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts (Mixture will be stiff.) Drop by tea-spoonfuls 2 inches apart on pre heated waffle baker; bake about 11/2 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Sift powdered sugar over.
