Orange Coconut Waffles

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs) (sifted)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 13 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut 2 Tablespoon (flaked)
  Orange peel 1 Tablespoon, shredded
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, milk, and salad oil.
Just before baking, add milk mixture to dry ingredients, beating just till moistened (batter will be thin).
Combine flaked coconut and orange peel.
Pour batter onto preheated waffle baker; quickly top each waffle with some coconut-peel mixture; bake.
