Cheese Waffles

Ingredients
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift flour.
Add salt, soda and baking powder and sift again.
Add cheese.
Combine butter, milk and water.
Pour in the dry ingredients.
Stir enough to mix only.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Bake about five minutes in a waffle baker slightly cooler than for plain waffles.
Spread any flavoured butter on waffles.
