Everyday Waffles

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour/2 cups sifted cake flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salad oil/Melted shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stiffly beaten egg whites 2
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine egg yolks and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in oil.
Fold in egg whites, leaving a few little fluffs don't overmix.
Bake in preheated waffle baker.
