Potato Waffles

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter/Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Grated raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Beat the eggs until pale yellow.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the eggs.
Stir in the milk, melted butter or vegetable oil and potatoes.
Blend thoroughly.
Fill a hot lightly oiled waffle iron two-thirds full with the batter and cook until the steam stops escaping.
