|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded gjetost cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Halved strawberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
Meanwhile, combine eggs, buttermilk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oil.
Stir in cheese.
Pour batter into heated iron.
Bake until steaming stops.
Remove and keep warm.
