Waffles With Gjetost

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Butter milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded gjetost cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweetened whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Halved strawberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
Meanwhile, combine eggs, buttermilk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oil.
Blend well.
Stir in cheese.
Pour batter into heated iron.
Bake until steaming stops.
Remove and keep warm.
Repeat with remaining batter.
