|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Banana||1 Large, mashed|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg whites||2 , stiffly beaten|
In mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix and sugar.
Combine egg yolks, milk, banana, and cooking oil.
Add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring till blended but still slightly lumpy.
Carefully fold in egg whites, leaving a few fluffs of egg white.
Do not overmix.
Bake in preheated, lightly greased waffle baker.
