Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint leaves 4
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In anotherbowl, beat egg yolks.
Add buttermilk, sour cream and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
Garnish with apricots and mint leaves if desired.
