Whoopee Waffles

Ingredients
  Sifted flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Melted butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Can Be Part Oil)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.
Combine liquid and dry ingredients just before baking.
Beat until smooth.
Bake in hot waffle iron.
Makes 6-10 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron.
These waffles freeze well.
Leftovers should be laid out flat to cool, wrapped in a plastic bag with a piece of waxed paper between each waffle and refrigerated or frozen.
Warm in a toaster or the oven.
Marvelous with sour cream and strawberries.
