Potato Waffles

Ingredients
  Instant potato flakes 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine potato flakes, flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix milk, eggs and oil; blend into dry ingredients.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
