Strawberry Waffle Chantilly
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce (In Quick Thaw Pouch, 1 Package)|
|Heavy cream/Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract/Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen waffles||4 , toasted|
1. Thaw frozen strawberries as label directs. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Mean while, in small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. Reserve 4 strawberries for garnish. With rubber spatula or wire whisk, gently fold remaining strawberries and reserved liquid into whipped cream just until blended.
