Ham And Cheese Waffles
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Cubed fully cooked ham/Canadian bacon||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture and beat until smooth.
Fold in cheese and ham or bacon.
Bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
Top each waffle with a fried egg if desired.
