Ham And Cheese Waffles

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)
  Cubed fully cooked ham/Canadian bacon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture and beat until smooth.
Fold in cheese and ham or bacon.
Bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
Top each waffle with a fried egg if desired.
