|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted and cooled|
|Buttermilk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a large bowl.
In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs.
Beat in honey and 1/4 cup melted and cooled butter.
Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing just enough to moisten.
Heat a waffle iron, and brush with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Pour on just enough batter to fill waffle iron.
Close, and cook until steaming stops.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
