This Whole Grain Waffles is much better than the ones you buy from your local store. The butter makes this Whole Grain Waffles even more delicious. Economical for you too!
  Whole wheat flour 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Brown rice flour 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Soy flour 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliters)
  Wheat germ 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Skim milk 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Butter 45 Milliliter, melted (3 Tablespoons)
  Eggs 3 , separated

Whisk together the flours, soda, baking powder, salt and wheat germ in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, cooled butter, and egg yolks.
Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is thoroughly blended.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold the egg whites into the batter.
Cook on a hot, oiled waffle iron.
