Plain Crispy Waffles

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff.
In another bowl, blend the egg yolks with the baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Pour in the milk and oil; mix.
Add the flour gradually, beating just until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg whites.
Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
