Basic Waffles

This basic waffles recipe is a simple flour and milk waffles made with added sugar. Prepared with a batter of eggs with baking agents, this waffle is cooked in the waffle iron and can be served with honey or an other syrup of choice drizzled over it.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour with baking powder, salt, and sugar 3 times; place in mixing bowl.
Beat egg yolks until frothy; stir in milk and oil.
Pour into flour mixture; beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter.
Pour enough batter for each waffle onto hot waffle iron; bake until golden.
Serve immediately with butter and syrup or honey.
