Rice Waffles has a mouth watering taste. The eggs yolk and milk gives the Rice Waffles a lip smacking taste.
Sifted all-purpose flour
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
1 Cup (16 tbs), cooled
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together into a large bowl; set aside.
Beat egg yolks until thick.
Gradually add the milk, mixing well.
Blend in melted butter and cooled rice.
Add to dry ingredients and mix only until batter is blended.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Gently fold into batter.
Bake in a waffle baker (following manufacturer's directions).
