Gluten Free Oatmeal Waffles

Gluten Free or Not, these oatmeal waffles are awesome

Ingredients

Soy milk 6 Cup (96 tbs) (plus extra for needed)
Oats 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Ground flax 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Cooking spray 1

Directions

GETTING READY:

In a large bowl, combine soy milk, honey, ground flax seed, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, oats and mix well.

Allow to rest for 3 hours to overnight.

Preheat waffle maker according to machine instructions.

MAKING:

Transfer the mixture to blender and blend until smooth.

Spray cooking spray on waffle maker.

Pour the batter as shown in the video and cook according to machine instructions.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
