Rolled Chocolate Wafers
|Flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 300F degrees
2.In a bowl, sift first 4 ingredients together.
3.Cream shortening with sugar and add melted chocolate.
4.Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
5.Add sifted ingredients and mix thoroughly.
6.Spread thin on greased baking sheet
7.Last, bake in slow oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
8.Cut into squares and roll into cylinders.
9.Serve with ice cream
