Whole Wheat Berries Wafers
|Wheat berries||4 Pound (Raw)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Soak wheat berries overnight in water.
In morning, drain.
Reserve liquid as stock for soup.
Add enough cold water to thin dough sufficiently to roll out.
Toss onto floured pastry board.
Cut into wafers.
Expose to sunshine and dry thoroughly.
