1 Lightly grease the back of a tray.
2 Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water.
3 Add in the ghee and mix.
4 Pour the mixture on the prepared tray.
5 Allow to set.
6 Scrape small pieces of chocolate layer with a knife.
7 Arrange on the top of the cake.
8 Sprinkle icing sugar on them.
